1. Who we are

Keen Leads is a trade name of Keen Enterprises Inc., an Illinois corporation (“Keen Leads,” “we,” “us”). We run advertising campaigns and sell exclusive customer leads to businesses.

This policy covers this website: the pages, the lead quiz and the call booking page that businesses use to buy leads from us. Our consumer-facing websites, where people ask for quotes or services, have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you take the quiz, book a call or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, company name, work email address and phone number
• Your quiz answers: the kinds of leads you want, your service area, how many leads you can handle, where your leads come from today, and when you want to start
• Anything else you tell us on a call, by email or in a message
• Whether you agreed to be contacted, and when

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours may record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar tools for this. See Section 6.

3. How we use your information

To:

• Reply to your request and prepare a quote or lead plan
• Schedule and hold calls with you
• Set up, deliver and bill for the leads you buy
• Contact you about your account and our services by phone, text message and email, where you’ve agreed to it
• Improve our website and advertising
• Keep records we’re legally required to keep, and to protect our rights

4. Calls and text messages

If you tick the consent box on our quiz, you agree that Keen Leads may call and text you at the number you gave us about your enquiry, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any text, tell us on a call, or email darren@keen-leads.com. We’ll process your request within 10 business days. Reply HELP for help.

We don’t share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell the information you give us on this website. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM and scheduling platform (HighLevel), email and text-message providers, website hosting and analytics. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Professional advisers such as our lawyers and accountants
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety or property
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it’s used. We may also use advertising tools, such as the Google and Meta pixels, to measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Our current tools are: Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them.

7. How long we keep information

We keep your information while we’re in discussions with you or doing business together. After that, we keep it for as long as we need it for legal, tax and accounting reasons, generally five (5) years, and then delete it or make it anonymous. We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as the law requires.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards: access controls, encrypted connections, and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee that your information will never be accessed without permission.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email darren@keen-leads.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first. Some state privacy laws give residents more rights. We’ll honor those rights where they apply.

10. Children

This website is for businesses. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll give you notice before it takes effect.
